Kirsty Turner
Following a career in hospitality management Kirsty took some time out to raise her daughter before joining BJCC part-time in 2004. Initially employed as finance support, Kirsty's role grew and in June 2020 she was appointed Business & Finance Manager. Based at the charities care home, she oversaw the finances and supported the management team. Following the very sad decision to sell the care home Kirsty worked very closely with the CEO and Trustees to ensure the smooth sale and transition to the new owners. Having left the home in July 2024, Kirsty is now Business Development and Finance Manager for BJCC, working part-time to oversee the finances and assist the social work team.
